Cost

Total direct school cost will include the registration fee $200.00, student work kit and books and tuition for the course selected. Where a student requires additional training beyond the contracted prices an additional monthly charge of $100 is made.

The school maintains no resident facilities. Students will need to make their own housing and boarding arrangements.

A monthly payment plan is available. There is no interest or carrying charge.


Scholarship Requirements

Velma B's Academy offers two tuition free scholarships to graduating seniors at your school. Students must meet the following criteria.

  1. Student must have a "B" average or above.
  2. Student must express an interest in cosmetology.
  3. Student must have met all criteria for graduation.
  4. Family income of above $30,000 dollars annually.
